How long will it take for my lighting order to arrive?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken or defective, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, and contact our support team at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I return a light fixture if it doesn’t fit my space?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed. Please note that installed fixtures or those with cut wires cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee may apply to oversized items to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Are your products compatible with smart home systems and dimmers?
Most of our lighting collections are compatible with standard dimmer switches and smart bulbs (such as Philips Hue). However, compatibility depends on the specific bulb type and wattage. We recommend checking the "Technical Specifications" on the product page or consulting with your electrician before purchase.
